The foot hills of Annapurna ranges offers a medium class -5 day Ghorepani Hill trekking with excellent views of the mountains and an opportunity to explore traditional Gurung villages.

This trekking is excellent for those having not much time in Nepal but still want to have some taste of the trekking or to those who are a starter. Ghorepani Trekking starts with a short drive to Naya Pool and then trail winds up through several Gurung villages, rhododendron forests full of birds along with a panoramic view of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Annapurna ranges, Mt. Tukuche, Mt. Nilgiri, etc. The highlight of this trekking is Poon Hill from where we get excellent view of sunrise over the mountains which is at an elevation 3165 m.
